Sometimes you gotta pack up and go on an adventure

Last week, my best friend and I decided spontaneously to pack up drive to Saint John for the day to check out Lepreau falls and later to walk around the water front. It was a jolly time. We belted out an entire Lady Gaga album on the drive back too.

The change of scenery struck something deep within me. Lately, I've been trapped in a pretty mundane routine and haven't been very inspired to pump out fresh new work. But something about being near the ocean, where I came from really, has me thinking about what themes I need to explore next.
